Performed the duties of a documentation specialist II, concentrating in the areas of the company's complex payroll systems and the Compliance and Persistency project, a Windows-based application used to conduct customer studies for drug manufacturers.

Functioned as the documentation lead for the company's SELLSTATION retail banking software. In addition to being the team's primary technical writer/editor, also participated in project planning, completed audience analyses, managed workloads as it pertained to release dates, and assigned tasks to other team members in order to meet deadlines.

Introduced an Aerospace engineering company to desktop publishing (Ventura Publisher) methods and concepts. Designed and developed the company's style and format guidelines for technical publications, presentations, and proposals.

Filled various positions throughout a nine-year military career, starting as clerk typist/stenographer and ending as the Army Aviation Support Facility's administrative specialist.
